Shareholder Advocacy Highlights
Miller/Howard's longevity in the ESG space means that we have seen SRI trends evolve and change over time. We look at the footprint of our holdings, finding opportunities for engagement on environmental impact and resource management, as well as ethical, transparent, and good governance. MHI was among the first to engage on hydraulic fracturing transparency at a time when there was very little disclosure; while we continue to press for increased transparency, we are now also looking at methane emissions.
