Helen Hamada (retired), Board of Directors, Chair, became part of the firm in 1990. She currently serves as Treasurer on Miller/Howard’s Board of Directors. She was senior managing director and CFO for many years, overseeing general administration, as well as accounting, development planning, and customer relations. Helen also held the position of CCO until 2012. Prior to joining Miller/Howard, she was in the not-for-profit sector as a financial manager and administrator. Helen received a BA from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance from Marist College.
